127 Main Street in Plaistow, New Hampshire has been home to the Plaistow
Fire Department and the Plaistow Historical Society.

Starting in 1985, with very generous support from the people and business's of Plaistow, the fire station was
transformed into the new home of the Plaistow Historical Society. The renovations took several
years and included significant changes to the interior and exterior of the building.
On May 6, 1990 the society held an inaugural Open House at the museum to share the new facilities and its
contents with the community.
